About KD AI Hub
You don't need to code to get really good at AI.
Why this site exists
Over the past two years, AI tools have improved far faster than most people can keep up with. There is no shortage of tutorials online — what's missing is order and translation:
- Plenty of tutorials, but most assume you already know some technical jargon
- Plenty of tool recommendations, but few tell you which one suits your kind of work
- Plenty of prompt articles, but copying them rarely fits your actual situation
- Explanations of how it works are either too shallow (slogans) or too deep (straight to the papers)
That gap is what KD AI Hub is here to fill. We've reorganised AI learning into a single path: build concepts you can actually follow, pick the right tools, work AI into what you really do every day, and only then move on to automation and advanced use.
Our three principles
1. Written for non-engineers
Everything here assumes the reader has no programming background. Technical terms are always explained first, and we use everyday analogies instead of math wherever we can. If you later want to touch code, we have a path for that too — but it's always optional, never required.
2. Something you can do right away
Every article has to answer "so what do I do now?". Prompts can be copied directly, tool comparisons end with a recommendation, and the roadmap tells you what counts as done. If there's nothing to act on after reading, the article isn't good enough.
3. Honest about the limits
AI is powerful, but it isn't magic and it does get things wrong. We won't exaggerate to make the content look impressive, and we'll say plainly which tasks shouldn't go to AI, which data shouldn't be pasted in, and which answers must be verified.

About the author
Hi, I'm KD Chang. Engineer, technical project manager, then engineering manager — over a decade in the software industry.
In recent years the question I get asked most isn't a technical one; it's "how do I actually start using AI?" — and it comes from people in marketing, HR, sales, education and everywhere else.
This site is the answer I put together for them.
I also run:
- HappyPrompt — a self-learning academy for AI programming, aimed at developers
- KD LABs — an independent product studio
- KD Chang's personal site
