Resources Overview
Welcome to AI Learning Station. We've broken learning AI into eight topics. Every topic assumes you have no technical background, is written in everyday language, and every page should answer one question: "So what do I do now?"
You don't need to start at the beginning. Spend 20 minutes on Get Started, then check the Roadmap to decide where to go next. That's much faster than flipping through page after page.

The Eight Topics
AI Basics
Understand what a large language model (LLM) does, why it sometimes gets things wrong, and what "tokens" and "context" mean. No math, no code — just analogies that make sense.
AI Tool Guide
Chat assistants, writing, presentations, images, audio and video, research, translation — for each category we pick 2–3 tools that are all you need, and tell you straight up who each one is for and how far the free version will get you.
Prompt Library
Ready-to-copy prompt templates, organized by job and situation. Each one comes with tips on "how to make it your own."
Use Cases at Work and Life
Marketing, HR, admin, sales, teachers, students, parents, freelancers — each role gets a checklist you can put to use today.
Workflows & Automation
Go from asking one question at a time to a whole process that runs on its own. A beginner's introduction to knowledge bases, agents, and automation tools.
Vibe Coding for Beginners
Build small tools even if you can't code. Describe what you need in plain language and let AI build it for you.
Safety & Judgment
What information should you never paste into AI? How do you fact-check its answers? What should you watch out for when using it at work? Learn to protect yourself first so you can keep using it for the long haul.
Glossary
See a word you don't understand? Look it up here. Every entry has a one-sentence explanation plus an everyday analogy.
Four Tips for Using This Site
- Start with a real task — Pick something you already have to do this week and try it with AI. That's how the learning sticks.
- Change one thing at a time — Switch the tool, the model, or the way you ask, but only one at a time, so you know which change made the difference.
- Save the prompts that work — When you get a great answer, save the prompt to your notes right away. Three months from now, those notes will be more useful than any tutorial.
- Always make the final call yourself — AI handles the drafts and the speed; you're responsible for the facts and the outcome.
AI moves fast. We keep updating the content on this site, so please check official announcements for the latest features and pricing of any tool mentioned here. Spotted a mistake or have a topic you'd like to see? Drop us an email.
